Received RC helicopter that didnt work MJX F45 - MJX F28" MJX F45 F645 4CH 2.4G Metal Single Blade Remote Control RC Helicopter GYRO
received the helicopter, would not and will not communicate with the controller right out of the box... contacted the seller on ebay "cenn2010" they wanted a video showing the problem.. I made a quick 30 second vid to show the problem... it was to large for email so I put it in my drop box... 24 hours later said they could not see it..., make the vid file size smaller and attached it to an email and sent it.... 24 hours later they said they could not see it... posted the vid on Youtube and sent the link, they said they could not see it... even though others I asked to view it had no problem.. 24 hours later offered me $15 refund to get parts to fix a BRAND NEW helo.. I said no, 24 hours later offered $20, thats when I opened a case in paypal. they denied my refund and now want a picture for what I dont know.... they are trying to get me pissed off enough to drop it, but I will not.. it was supposed to be a brand new item the controller had a scuff mark on the front, so was it brand new? im not sure....this is still ongoing and I will upgarde the case to a paypal refund. I do not reccoment buying from this company and me and my other RC friends will not ever again
